How beneficial is Pilates if thighs have the Weight Loss/toning challenge?
4/5 of my weight is in my legs. My upper body and abdomen are toned. The thighs, however, are frightful and have been a life long challenge. Will Pilates be beneficial, or would some other type of exercise help accomplish my goal of slimming/toning thighs?
