Can you recommend the best way To Lose Weight fast?
I need the best way to lose weight fast. My older son is 28 and he is overweight. He even has high level of cholesterol and some mild form of hypertension. His doctor said that he must lose weight fast and start leading healthy lifestyle or he could suffer the heart attack young.
Can you recommend some exercises, diet and/or Weight Loss product? He must find way to lose weight fast.

The best way to lose weight fast is to combine exercises with healthy diet and supplements. It is also necessary to cleanse body from harmful toxins.
His blood pressure and high cholesterol levels are probably caused by his obesity. Once he regains normal weight, there is a high probability that the hypertension and high cholesterol will also subside.
As for exercises I would recommend swimming and fast walking (not running). These aerobic exercises will stimulate his metabolism to burn his fat even faster. Anaerobic exercises should be avoided until he regulates his metabolism and reduces his weight as they produce more toxins and have a negative impact on metabolism of overweight people.
He should not avoid eating carbs, but rather eating food with complex carbs with a slower rate of glucose release. Only balanced diet and proper intake of carbs, proteins and fats combined with supplements and exercises is the best way to lose weight fast.
Previous answers are great, but I would not recommend Atkins diet. It is effective but will lead to so called yo-yo effect that will result in even faster weight gaining.
Losing weight requires a certain level of dedication. It is not as easy as waving magic wand. That is why body cleansing is very important as well as intake of supplements necessary to help his metabolism and this is definitely the best way to lose weight fast.
