Acne And Pimples
Is it true that popping or picking your acne/Pimples makes them worse?
Well. I was just wondering cause some people say it does. They say that when you pop them, they end up 2 times worse and they say it could also spread.
I’m not sure, because some people tell people wth acne to pop them. I have no idea, it’s confusing.

Yeah, picking, pinching or popping will spread the bacteria from the spot to other places on your face – could cause further outbreaks and could also force the bacteria further into the pore, making it last longer and take longer to heal.
