Anyone got any weight losing tips from personal experience?

Can anyone tell me, From personal experience something that made them lose a lot of weight?
I want to lose all the fat from my stomach.. I want a flat stomach by the end of this year, or possibly sooner. ANY tips would be great. Thanks!

I’m on a diet now :) i started sunday, and i’ve lost four pounds since.
I don’t eat white carbs. Just whole grain. I avoid sugar as much as possible too. I just eat healthyy.
today i had:
breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: an apple, apple sauce, and a fiber one bar
dinner: a morning star chicken patty (veggie patty, i’m a vegetarian) with vegetables
I also have special K ceral, eggs, a ton of fruit and vegetables, lean cuisines, etc.

I work out 30 mins a day too, at least 5 days a week

but give yourself one day of the week to splurge a little

it’s easy and you’ll loose the weight fast if you stick to it. Try and think of a motivation. I want to loose 30 pounds so mine is when i loose 20, i’m getting my belly button pierced.
